Supper Club
Maybe you've heard about supper clubs, and wondered what they are?
Every host has their own special twist, which is part of the fun, but the basic premise is someone (whether amateur or professional) turns their dining room into a restaurant for the evening. The aim is to taste some delicious food, and to enjoy scintillating conversation with your fellow diners. All the guests sit together in my home, so you have a chance to speak to everyone.
Meeting new people is half the fun - almost as important as the food! You are welcome to come on your own, with a friend or partner, or in a group - it really doesn't matter. The evening kicks off at 7.30pm with a complimentary drink and nibbles, while you all get to know each other. Then we whisk you off to the dining room at about 8pm (note the hilarious culinary pun).
You will be served a delicious three-course meal, followed by coffee and home-made petits fours. Wherever possible, the food is locally sourced, within season.I always use organic dairy and the meat is always free range. Please let me know in advance of any special dietary requirements, I want you to enjoy your food just as much as the other guests.
P.S. We currently don’t have an alcohol licence, so don’t forget to bring a bottle!
